Welcome to GHLCentral (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://ghlcentral.com and any related services, content, marketplace listings, or features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

GHLCentral operates as:
• An educational and media platform
• An affiliate marketing website
• A marketplace directory featuring third-party service providers
• A resource hub for marketing and business tools
We do not provide SaaS software directly. We may promote, review, or refer users to third-party products and services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

GHLCentral participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may receive commissions when users click on links or purchase products through affiliate links.
We are not responsible for the performance, functionality, pricing, policies, or availability of third-party products or services. Any agreement you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

We offer paid marketplace listings for businesses seeking exposure to our ideal clients.
We do not guarantee:
• Leads
• Traffic
• Conversions
• Revenue
• Business results
Listing placement and visibility are determined at our sole discretion.
Listings are available on a:
• Monthly subscription basis
• Annual subscription basis
All listings automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
By purchasing a listing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel your listing subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not retroactively refund prior payments.
Access to listing benefits continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
All listing purchases are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
• Partial billing periods
• Unused time
• Lack of results
• Early cancellation
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

You agree not to:
• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the website
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to remove listings or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on GHLCentral, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and materials, is owned by GHLCentral or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit our content without written permission.

If you submit content, including listing information, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and publish such content in connection with the Services.
You represent that you have the right to provide such content.

GHLCentral is not responsible for:
• Third-party platforms
• Affiliate tools
• SaaS providers
• Payment processors
• External websites
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

We do not guarantee:
• Income
• Business success
• Lead generation
• Marketing results
• Automation outcomes
Any examples or case studies are illustrative and not guarantees of performance.

We disclaim all warranties including:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHLCentral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
• The amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months
• $500 USD

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHLCentral and its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of the Services
• Your listing content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Texas.
You waive the right to:
• Trial by jury
• Participation in class actions
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
