HighLevel announced more than 300 features and improvements across AI, content creation, industry operations, project delivery, customer support, communications, commerce and mobile. This independent guide organizes the most important announcements into seven practical categories and explains what is live, what is still rolling out and which plan or usage costs may apply.

AI and platform direction

AI assistants, agents and Creator Studio

HighLevel separated its AI products into assistants that help people build inside the platform and agents that perform ongoing work. The reveal expanded both sides and added a native content studio.

Conversation AI, Managed Agents and Ask AI

What it does: HighLevel presented a flow-based Conversation AI builder, rich replies, outbound agents and database reactivation as live. Managed Agents gained self-healing, memory, browser-based work and an n8n importer. Ask AI expanded into shared Spaces, phone, WhatsApp, Slack, funnels, workflows and MCP connectors.

Why it matters: Agencies can use AI to build inside HighLevel and to handle ongoing operational work without treating every capability as a separate tool.

Best fit: Agencies and operators building AI-assisted services, customer communication, prospecting or internal workflows inside HighLevel.

HighLevel also announced an SEO and AEO visibility platform for tracking content, site structure and visibility across search and major AI model providers.

Why it matters: Agencies can create client assets and monitor search visibility inside the same platform used for websites, CRM, automation and reporting.

Best fit: Agencies, creators and operators producing recurring content or managing search visibility for multiple businesses.

Industry solutions

Three industry-specific operating systems

HighLevel introduced three launch industries: Restaurants, Field Services and Business Coaching. Each one connects marketing and sales to the daily work those businesses already manage.

HighLevel Restaurants

What it does: Restaurants combines reservations, interactive floor plans, digital menus, modifiers, online ordering, pickup and delivery, dine-in service, and QR code table ordering in a restaurant-focused workspace.

Why it matters: A restaurant can manage discovery, guest communication, ordering, reservations, reputation, and repeat business without stitching together several unrelated tools.

Best fit: Restaurants and agencies serving hospitality businesses that want an integrated front-of-house and marketing system.

Why it matters: Coaching businesses can connect marketing and sales with program delivery, member engagement and client progress instead of operating separate systems.

Best fit: Coaches, consultants, course creators and agencies serving knowledge-based businesses.

Operations and support

Projects, customer support, meetings and events

HighLevel is bringing more post-sale delivery into the platform through Project Management, Ticketing, native Meeting Rooms and a complete Events experience.

HighLevel Project Management

What it does: Project Management adds spaces, folders, lists, tasks, subtasks, custom fields, comments, privacy controls, List and Board views, and CRM associations for contacts, companies, opportunities, and custom objects. Ask AI can create plans, surface priorities, and apply approved updates.

Why it matters: Agencies can connect delivery work to the same customer and opportunity records used by sales and automation, reducing handoffs between a CRM and a separate project tool.

Best fit: Agencies, implementation teams, and service businesses managing repeatable client delivery.

HighLevel Ticketing

What it does: Ticketing turns customer requests and conversation context into structured support tickets with ownership, priority, status, service-level tracking, and reporting.

Why it matters: Conversations remain the communication layer, while Ticketing adds the operational structure needed to assign, track, and report on support work.

Best fit: Agencies, SaaS providers, and service teams that need accountable customer-support workflows inside HighLevel.

Why it matters: Booking, hosting, recording and following up can stay connected to the same contacts, calendars and communities instead of moving between separate meeting and event tools.

Platform clarity

Workflows, navigation and other platform improvements

Workflow Maps and Custom Navigation were two of the most visible operational releases. HighLevel also presented a broad set of improvements across communications, CRM, commerce, communities and mobile.

Workflow Maps

What it does: Workflow Maps automatically creates 2D and 3D views of workflows, connected assets, and contact journeys. It helps users trace dependencies, see affected automations before changing an asset, and spot errors without manually documenting the account.

Why it matters: Complex accounts become easier to audit, explain, maintain, and hand off. The visual map can also reduce the risk of breaking an automation when an asset changes.

Best fit: Agencies and operators managing large workflow libraries, shared assets, or complex customer journeys.

Custom Navigation

What it does: Custom Navigation lets agencies rename, reorder, organize, pin, show, and hide workspace pages. Teams can create categories, labels, icons, and reusable navigation templates, while the agency dock and account switching receive a cleaner experience.

Why it matters: Each team can see a simpler workspace built around the work it actually performs, reducing training time and navigation friction across client accounts.

Best fit: Agencies managing multiple account types, roles, verticals, or standardized client workspaces.

Communications, CRM, commerce and mobile

What it includes: HighLevel also presented improvements across calling and messaging, email deliverability, CRM records and opportunities, social publishing, calendars, dashboards, ecommerce, taxes, payments, communities, mobile tools, WordPress security and Australian data residency.

Why it matters: These smaller releases may not lead the announcement, but together they reduce gaps that often force agencies and businesses to rely on separate tools.

Best fit: Existing HighLevel users who depend on the platform for daily communications, customer records, sales, payments and service delivery.

Plan context

How the Founder Plan changes the $497 tier

HighLevel is renaming the existing $497 Agency Pro plan as the Founder Plan. The base price remains $497, while the plan becomes the home for newer platform features, industry operating systems and growth benefits.

Founder Plan and the HighLevel Partner Network

The Founder Plan includes existing Agency Pro capabilities and adds or prioritizes Industries Mode, Workflow Maps, Custom Navigation, Ticketing, Project Management, Meeting Rooms, Events, Loyalty and Rewards, and other advanced products as they roll out.

HighLevel also announced the Founders Club, discounted event tickets, payment commissions, the HighLevel Partner Network and Adfuel support for white-labeled advertising. Founder Plan customers can apply to the Partner Network, but eligibility does not guarantee leads. HighLevel said direct client matching will begin January 1, 2027.

Important distinction: The Founder Plan is a renamed and expanded version of the current $497 tier, not a newly priced tier. Payment commission percentages and advertising support should be treated as program details that may change as HighLevel finalizes the rollout.

Independent analysis

What the LevelUp announcements mean for agencies

The most important change is the combination of AI assistants and agents with industry operations, content creation and post-sale delivery. HighLevel is trying to become the operating layer for both agencies and the businesses they support.

HighLevel is moving beyond lead generation

Restaurants, Field Services, Business Coaching, Project Management, Ticketing, Meeting Rooms and Events bring fulfillment and daily operations closer to the CRM. That can make HighLevel more central to a customer’s business, but it also raises the standard for implementation and support.

Industry packages can become repeatable services

A focused restaurant, field-service or coaching setup is easier to explain and package than a generic all-in-one platform. Agencies can build clearer onboarding, templates, training, content and support around a specific operating model.

The $497 plan now carries more strategic weight

Founder Plan now combines advanced products with growth benefits, while the new AI pricing model separates assistant access from client and agent usage. Agencies should evaluate the operational value and the ongoing usage costs together.

GHLCentral’s takeaway

The clearest signal from LevelUp 2026 is that HighLevel wants AI to help build the system while agents and industry products help run it. For agencies, the opportunity is not simply adding features. It is choosing where the platform can become a dependable operating system for a specific type of business.
