Firsthand context

Attending every LevelUp since 2022

I’m Nicholas Papp, founder of GHLCentral. I’ve attended every LevelUp since 2022, from The Statler to the Hilton Anatole. The observations below come from those visits; the 2026 schedule and ticket details come from HighLevel.
2022 · Going all in
My first Summit followed the inaugural SaaSpreneur Mastermind in Dallas in 2022. It was the period when I decided to commit fully to HighLevel. The stage production made an impression, but the relationships were what stayed with me.
2023 · AI arrives
In 2023, I spent more time exploring exhibitors and meeting the businesses building around HighLevel. I also reconnected with people I had met the year before. Some of my best conversations happened in the hallways and over dinner, outside the session schedule.
2024 · The ecosystem expands
The event had grown beyond a user conference into a broader business and technology ecosystem.
2025 · A larger venue and more creators
In 2025, LevelUp moved from The Statler to the Hilton Anatole. The additional space was noticeable. So were the tripods, microphones and cameras: creators were becoming a visible part of a community I had first known through agencies and SaaS businesses.
2026 · Back to Dallas
This will be my fifth Summit, with a larger speaker lineup and more emphasis on products, developers and AI.
My practical recommendation: choose a few sessions that solve a current problem, then leave time for exhibitors and conversations. Before visiting a booth, write down the workflow you want to improve so you can ask for a relevant demonstration.
